“Breakfast Salad…”

Salad:

  • 2 cups of lettuce and spinach combined
  • 3 boiled eggs, with only one yolk
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • ½ sma

    ll avocado

  • Quinoa (limit to your ideal ratio)

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Red pepper flakes to taste.

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Shake together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
