Ingredients:
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- Stevia to taste 1 – 2 packets
- Celtic sea salt and fresh pep
per to taste
- ΒΌ cup cold-pressed olive oil.
Instructions:
- Blend without oil until smooth.
- Then blend oil little at a time to emulsify and prevent separating.
- Keeps in fridge for 2 weeks.
