“Green Tea Breakfast Shake…”

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 2 cups mixed berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve.
