In This Week:

This week we’re going to just give you some time to get used to your HIIT routine. It can some getting used to, so I want you to have another week of training and burning more fat!I want you to start learning how to check your heart rate and use that as a tool to get the most out of your workouts.

This week there are no actions guides. Just my audio. Keep it simple always!
