Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops (4oz each, trimmed of all fat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon ch
illi powder
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix oil, garlic, chilli powder, coriander, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the chops thoroughly with the mixture.
- Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes per side or until cooked.
